Jet Edge’s patented Dual Pressure Valve is a remotely mounted valve that allows waterjet operators to control water pressure independently of the intensifier pump. This enables operators to run a number of tables or cutting stations at various pressures.
In low-pressure piercing applications, the Dual Pressure Valve can increase productivity by allowing operators to reduce and raise water pressure without having to wait for the intensifier pump to drop to the lower pressure or rise to the higher pressure. The Jet Edge Dual Pressure Valve will operate with any manufacturer’s waterjet pump, cutting head, or cutting system, and is fully configurable for pressure change ratios.

Jet Edge’s Robotic Swivel directs ultra-high pressure (UHP) water through a rotating manifold containing sapphire orifices or fan tip apertures to produce a concentrated water stream. Water pressure is regulated by adjusting the output of the UHP pump and water flow is regulated by the quantity and size of orifices used. Jet Edge’s Pneumatic Lance is a powerful 55,000 psi (3800 bar) hand-held waterjetting tool for cleaning and surface preparation applications. The pneumatic triggers turn the UHP water on and off and water flow is initiated only when both triggers are pressed, acting as a safety device to ensure both hands are on the equipment. The tumble box includes an air valve to detect when the triggers are pressed and an ultra high pressure water control valve to control the flow of UHP water.

Jet Edge’s Waterjet Pipe Cutter System is a hydraulically controlled portable abrasivejet cutting system designed especially for cutting pipelines, reinforced concrete and metal structures. A specially designed track allows the Pipe Cutter to clamp to standard sized pipe (6”-60” diameter) for pipe cutting operations, cutting both horizontally or vertically.

Jet Edge’s Spyder Abrasivejet Radius and Circle Cutting System can be set up on the side of tanks, small vessels and large diameter piping.
